Trump order on GPS-like services envisions key industry role in setting standards

President Trump's new executive order on mitigating cybersecurity and other risks to global positioning systems -- like those used for GPS -- calls on industry to help in setting new standards and practices for “responsible” use of these services, which are at the basis of a digital economy and increasingly relied on by critical infrastructure.
