Tech security officials urge CISA to consider incident reporting needs for state governments as part of mandatory regime

A group of technology security officials from several states highlight their efforts on cyber incident reporting in a filing to the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, advocating for the highly anticipated upcoming federal regime to take into account the needs of state, local, tribal and territorial governments.
