Tech group identifies potential continuing resolution for fiscal 2026 as path forward to avoid CISA 2015 lapse

The Information Technology Industry Council sees a continuing resolution to keep funding the federal government into fiscal 2026 as the best option for reauthorizing the Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act of 2015 in the short term, with the law set to expire on Sept. 30.
