Supreme Court upholds constitutionality of Universal Service Fund in 6-3 decision

The Federal Communications Commission’s Universal Service Fund was upheld in a 6-3 Supreme Court decision, in a case brought by conservative activists that challenged the contribution scheme for telecom carriers.
