Some stakeholders at privacy workshop press NIST to avoid issue of data 're-identification' risks

BOISE, ID. The National Institute of Standards and Technology is being pressed to adjust, and possibly drop for now, its plans to address data “re-identificiation” risks after its privacy framework is issued later this year, according to officials here at a two-day workshop.
