Shutdown plans: CISA, NIST expect one-third of employees to remain working without continuing resolution in place

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and the National Institute of Standards and Technology are each expected to keep approximately one-third of their employees working in the event of a government shutdown, according to department-level contingency plans recently updated to reflect the current situation if lawmakers are unable to pass a continuing resolution today.
