Senate Armed Services panel examines adequacy of defense strategy on cyber threats

Senior members of the Senate Armed Services Committee questioned the adequacy of the Defense Department's recently released national strategy to address cyber threats from Russia and China, with a former Trump administration official who worked on the strategy acknowledging the issue could have been raised more forcefully.
