Rubio downgrades cyber-AI office in major State Dept. reorganization

Secretary of State Marco Rubio has downgraded the department’s recently established Cyberspace and Digital Policy office to report to the Under Secretary for Economic Growth, Energy and Environment, as part of a massive department reorganization unveiled April 22 and submitted to Congress.
