Retail ISAC: Act now to prepare for California data privacy law enforcement next year

The Retail and Hospitality Information Sharing and Analysis Center is urging its members to take immediate action in preparing for compliance with California's data privacy law next year, noting that shared responsibility for implementing consumer protections rests with both the legal and the tech departments of a company.
