Rep. Swalwell introduces bill to codify Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative at CISA, provide structure for future work

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA), ranking member of the House Homeland Security cyber subcommittee, has introduced legislation to formally establish CISA’s Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative and set up parameters for its operations.

The Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative Act outlines functions for the collaborative hub, directs the CISA director to create a charter with specific details and creates a JCDC Advisory Council.
