Questions about DHS cyber capabilities hover over reauthorization effort

Cybersecurity is emerging as a potential stumbling block for a Senate panel preparing to act on reauthorizing the Department of Homeland Security for the first time, with sources citing concerns about DHS' cyber workforce and the department’s ability to manage an enhanced cyber portfolio along with its other major homeland security priorities.
