OMB looks for efficiencies in secure software, post-quantum cryptography policies
The Office of Management and Budget is seeking efficiencies to avoid a “sunk-cost-fallacy" on federal efforts to make investments in secure software and post-quantum cryptography, according to cyber official Nick Polk.
