NSC’s Neuberger: Cyber mandates needed to increase confidence in securing critical infrastructure

The White House is pushing Congress to give agencies specific authority to set sector-specific mandates on critical infrastructure, according to National Security Council cyber leader Anne Neuberger, who argues that some agencies are hesitant to put in place new cyber requirements without express permission.
