NSA cyber leader Joyce retires from government
Long-time National Security Agency cyber leader Rob Joyce is leaving the NSA after 34 years, according to an agency announcement on his retirement.
Joyce has led the NSA Cybersecurity Directorate since 2021, where NSA says “he has been vital in leading the charge of CSD’s mission to prevent and eradicate threats to U.S. National Security Systems and critical infrastructure, and overseeing the expansion of strong partnerships across the U.S. Government, Defense Industrial Base, industry, allies, and academia.”
