NIST seeks position papers on consumer software criteria ahead of labeling workshop

The National Institute of Standards and Technology has issued a call for position papers on consumer software labeling in advance of a two-day September workshop, as the agency moves to launch pilot programs on software development and Internet of Things security under President Biden’s May cybersecurity executive order.
