MITRE group discusses 'contents' of strategic plan for new federal acquisition council

Government and industry officials convened by the MITRE Corp. discussed what should be included in a strategic plan being developed by a new federal acquisition council charged with securing the supply chain, including the role of regulation to “incentivize” action by both the private sector and federal agencies.
