IT industry highlights Trump's get-tough stance on cyber criminals

The information technology industry is citing President-elect Donald Trump's tough stance on cyber criminals and pursuing Chinese hackers, while noting that as a candidate he supported a weakening of encryption protections but took no position on a number of other data-related issues, such as artificial intelligence, commercial data privacy and internet governance.
