Interagency cyber initiative unlikely to produce guidance on regulation

Sources at federal agencies say the Cybersecurity Forum for Independent and Executive Branch Regulators is unlikely to step into the role of offering guidance or documents aimed at streamlining strategies and regulations – a largely unfulfilled aspect of President Obama's landmark 2013 executive order on cybersecurity.
