Huawei competitors seek extension on rip-and-replace timeline, concessions for Open RAN

Ericsson, Nokia and companies providing Open Radio Access Network services are asking the Federal Communications Commission to provide more clarity on the timeline and eligible items under consideration for inclusion in the FCC program to “rip and replace” Huawei equipment from telecom systems.
