House moves on major bills with cybersecurity implications amid impeachment fight

The House this week took action on two big pieces of bipartisan legislation that carry major implications for the nation's cybersecurity -- the defense authorization bill and a trade agreement with Canada and Mexico -- despite the long shadow cast by the partisan battle over articles of impeachment.
