Former NSC official Neuberger argues for national cyber deterrence strategy to address China threats

The United States needs to adopt a new strategy for deterring cyber attacks from Chinese threat actors with a focus on incorporating artificial intelligence into its operations, according to former Deputy National Security Advisor for Cyber Anne Neuberger.
