Former DOJ cyber official Carlin identifies legal gaps in building cyber resilience

SAN FRANCISCO. John Carlin, a former Justice Department official with extensive cyber expertise, identified opportunities for the government to deepen its work on building cyber resilience during a panel here at the RSA conference.
