Former cyber diplomat Lewis sees State Dept. reorganization benefiting cyber mission
The State Department's reorganization plan could have a positive impact on military cyber issues, according to cyber policy vet James Lewis, who argued assigning the Bureau of Cyberspace and Digital Policy to economic cyber initiatives will enable international security units to focus on deterrence.
