FDD proposes key responsibilities, implementation plan for U.S Cyber Force

The Foundation for Defense of Democracies is emphasizing in a new report the need to focus on “personnel, leadership, capabilities and culture” in standing up a new independent cybersecurity service at the Defense Department.
