FCC releases proposed order establishing parameters of Huawei rip-and-replace program

The Federal Communications Commission has published a proposed order outlining the processes and procedures of how it will determine covered equipment and funding for its rip-and-replace program aimed at removing Huawei and ZTE equipment from U.S. telecom systems.
