FCC faces deadline to document net-neutrality repeal in first court challenge to landmark order

The Federal Communications Commission will be submitting documents later this month to a federal appeals court that detail its decision-making process for repealing Obama-era rules late last year, as part of a lawsuit that is among the first in what is expected to be a flood of legal challenges to the FCC's net-neutrality repeal order.
