FCC Chair Carr announces national security initiative encouraging online retailers to remove Huawei, ZTE equipment sales from their sites

Federal Communications Commission Chairman Brendan Carr has announced the launch and first steps in an “Operation Clean Carts” initiative, to further the FCC’s national security work to ban the operation of equipment in the United States produced by Chinese companies such as Huawei and ZTE.
