EPA withdraws controversial memo implementing cyber requirements for drinking water systems

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is withdrawing a controversial memorandum that set up requirements for drinking water systems to consider cybersecurity as part of the sanitary survey process, following a court case challenging the EPA regulation from three states and trade associations.
