EPA weighs options for revising cyber water policy blocked by U.S. appeals court
A federal appeals court has granted the Environmental Protection Agency time to “evaluate options regarding” its controversial policy requiring states to consider cybersecurity in their sanitary surveys of water systems, signaling that the agency could revise or even withdraw the directive after the same court barred enforcement of the order during litigation over its legality.
