Dodson poised to leave as head of NIST cybersecurity center

The National Institute of Standards and Technology will be announcing soon a replacement for Donna Dodson as director of the National Cybersecurity Center of Excellence, as she steps down while staying on at the agency in her other roles on cybersecurity standards and guidelines.

“I'll be stepping down early next year from that role,” Dodson told a NIST advisory group on Wednesday while updating the group of the progress and plans for the NCCOE.
