DOD official: First CMMC pilot contracts planned for April-May timeframe, under updated rollout plan

The Defense Department expects to release its first contract solicitations containing Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification requirements in the April-May time frame, according to a Pentagon spokeswoman, which will focus on RFPs in development from the Army and the Air Force.
