Defense and tech coalition questions what determines ‘reasonable inquiry’ on Huawei ban

A coalition of defense and technology associations is asking the General Services Administration to clarify language in an interim final rule for government contractors that bans Huawei and ZTE equipment and services around what constitutes a “reasonable inquiry” and covered equipment.
