Debate over defining critical facilities prompted by Trump review of 'Section 9' list

Industry and cybersecurity policy specialists are debating the definition of critical infrastructure in defending against cyber attacks, as the Trump administration reviews an Obama-era process for identifying and listing the nation's most critical facilities -- a process complicated by an increasingly interdependent economy and the role of connected devices.
