Contracting lawyer says more guidance needed on CMMC accreditation body oversight

The formal launch of registration for assessors and consultants who want to participate in the Pentagon’s cyber certification program is adding a new level of scrutiny on the operational activities of its independent accreditation body, according to a leading contracting attorney.
