Consumer tech group urges NIST to provide clarity on ‘end user’ of proposed software labeling effort

The Consumer Technology Association wants NIST to make a distinction on the intended audience of the agency’s cybersecurity labeling effort for consumer software, and consider the best way to communicate technical information to the end user.
