Concerns about nation-state aggressors could drive changes in U.S. cyber warfighting stance

Rising concerns about the impact of nation-state cyber attacks on businesses and critical infrastructure could drive support for a first-time cyber warfighting doctrine by the United States, a possible policy fallout from the ongoing investigations of hacking by Russia and other U.S. foreign adversaries.
