Coast Guard's cyber commander touts recent bulk liquid guide as model for integrated security

The Coast Guard's Cyber Commander Rear Admiral Kevin Lunday said recent guidelines for secure transport of potentially dangerous bulk liquids offer a model for integrating cybersecurity into overall maritime operations, rather than as a separate or “unique” requirement.
