CISA proposes scaling up funding to support incident reporting law implementation in fiscal 2024 budget

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency is asking for $98 million to support implementation of the cyber incident reporting law as part of its fiscal 2024 budget request, with significant resources going to craft the regulation and build out information sharing capabilities.
