CISA formalizes appointment of Casapulla to lead infrastructure security division, while continuing acting agency roles

Longtime CISA official Stephen Casapulla is next chief of the agency’s infrastructure security division, filling a major vacancy with a permanent appointment under the second Trump administration.

“I am pleased to have Steve expand his role on CISA’s leadership team,” CISA Acting Director Madhu Gottumukkala said in a Sept. 23 release on his appointment.
