CISA to explore developing business case for secure by design as next step under closely watched initiative

Kirk Lawrence, section chief for secure by design at CISA, offered a look at what’s next for the initiative during an industry event, including the development of a business case and more work to determine positive investments in cyber resilience.

“We are currently working on a project to articulate the business case for secure by design,” Lawrence said, adding that the hope is to complete the effort in the “next six months.”
