Center for Internet Security pushes back on industry response to FCC plan for emergency alert systems

The Center for Internet Security wants the FCC to adopt its foundational set of controls to improve the resiliency of emergency alert systems, as part of a proposed rule that sets up a requirement for EAS participants to create a cyber risk management plan.
