BSI hits milestone in certifying use of NIST cybersecurity framework

The British Standards Institution has issued its first certification for a company's “tier 4” implementation of the National Institute of Standards and Technology's cybersecurity framework.

The BSI certification was granted to cloud-provider and security firm Ribose, with tier 4 representing the highest of the four tiers for use of the framework.
