Biden announces intent to nominate Rosenworcel for FCC chair, former staffer Sohn for open commission seat

President Biden has selected Acting FCC Chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel to lead her agency as permanent chair and announced his picks today for an open FCC seat and the administrator for a key Commerce Department agency.
