Ban on Huawei and ZTE equipment takes effect for contractors, amid ongoing industry pushback

A new rule goes into effect today for contractors and federal agencies that bans the use of equipment and services from Huawei and ZTE, but the limited time for implementation is a cause for concern for many contractors large and small.
