ABA review of IoT risks seeks to shape security, privacy debate on host of upcoming products

The legal community is seeking to get ahead of an intensifying policy debate on the security and privacy risks associated with the emerging Internet of Things, by offering a review of the legal and regulatory uncertainties surrounding the new technologies while raising national security concerns and stressing urgency in addressing these issues.
