ABA committee drafts plan for certifying cybersecurity lawyers

Key members of the American Bar Association have drafted a policy resolution that would establish an “accreditation” program for certifying lawyers who provide advice about data-breach notification rules, cybersecurity insurance coverage and other data privacy and security requirements.
