U.S., India sign updated cyber MOU to reflect legal changes

The United States and India signed a memorandum of understanding for closer cybersecurity cooperation on Jan. 11 in New Delhi, according to news reports.

The agreement, which includes the sharing of cyber-threat intelligence, updates a 2011 arrangement to reflect recent changes in legal and other requirements, including passage of the Cybersecurity Act of 2015.
