Sens. Rubio, Cotton offer companion to House bill on Chinese telecom products

Sens. Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Tom Cotton (R-AR), both Intelligence Committee members, on Wednesday introduced the Senate version of a House bill that would ban government purchases of products from Chinese telecom companies Huawei and ZTE.
