Republican senators cite cyber attacks in designating North Korea as terrorism sponsor

A bill introduced by Sen. Ted Cruz, and seven other Republicans, cites a state-sponsored cyber attack in 2014 on Sony Pictures as a justification for requiring a report on designating North Korea as a state sponsor of terrorism.
