NIST soon to release work on machine learning and AI; officials urge industry engagement

The National Institute of Standards and Technology will soon be putting out “a lot of work” in the area of machine learning and artificial intelligence, NIST’s Computer Security Division Chief Donna Dodson said Thursday, while also emphasizing the need for cybersecurity officials to engage with the business sector to address key threats.
